Holy Spirit Episcopal Church is seeking applicants for the job of “Sexton” (maintenance and facility manager). The sexton is responsible for general repairs, preventative maintenance, cleaning of the Church facility, and maintaining the Church property (including the Church Thrift Store). When outside services or contractors are required, the Sexton would coordinate those resources and ensure that their work is performed satisfactorily. The sexton reports directly to the Church Rector or designee. This is a scheduled part-time, salaried position with scheduled hours determined by the Employee’s Letter of Agreement. A High School graduate is preferred and the candidate should have some previous facility maintenance experience. A full job description is available here.
